Our Conceptual Work
Light Industrial Building Concept

The proposed system is a high-integrity load-bearing wall assembly designed to support roof steel members while also acting as the primary lateral force–resisting system for wind and seismic loads.
The wall system functions as a composite structural element, transferring vertical gravity loads from the roof steel structure directly to the foundation, while simultaneously resisting in-plane shear, overturning, and lateral drift induced by wind and seismic actions.
Structurally, the system behaves as a continuous shear wall, providing:
High stiffness and strength for lateral load resistance
Robust load paths for both vertical and horizontal forces
Redundancy and ductility to enhance seismic performance
Connections between the wall system and the roof steel members are detailed to ensure effective force transfer, diaphragm action, and overall structural continuity, resulting in a building envelope with high structural integrity and resilience.
From an architectural standpoint, the wall system is designed to accept a wide range of panel finishing options, including but not limited to:
Precast or architectural concrete panels
Insulated sandwich panels
Metal cladding systems
Fiber-cement or composite façade panels
Rendered or textured finishes
This flexibility allows the system to meet structural, thermal, and aesthetic requirements simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of building typologies where performance, durability, and design versatility are critical.
