With 12+ years of structural engineering experience and 6+ research experience, our founder is a specialized engineer responsible for analyzing, designing and ensuring the safety, stability and integrity of buildings and infrastructure. He is most effective and passionate structural engineer possess a blend of high-level technical mastery, problem-solving, attention to detail, innovative and translate complex engineering concepts to efficient solutions for clients or contractors. He is a guardian of structural integrity with expertise in detailed and efficient analysis, design, material selection, safety regulations, code compliance, site inspection, detailed investigation and evaluations. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan who specializes in the analysis and design of structural systems for commercial, educational, hospitality, multi-family, industrial, and residential projects, delivering code-compliant solutions across steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. 

He is also described as an innovation engineer for building research, technical developments of new engineering technologies, new structural product developer for efficiency, business driven analyst, strategist and intelligence. VREcast Wall and Floor patented system is a pioneered development based on comprehensive design thinking and iterative development process. It was based on rigorous evaluations of existing solutions, critical thinking, well-thought-out methodology that ensures structural and architectural solutions are validated, making it unique, making it the most effective tailored and high-quality solution for many new construction building applications as per the founder. Implemented prototype and preliminary structural strength testing to identify, evaluate and fix design flaws to ensure the final product is robust. His thought process for this system began several years ago when he noticed that there is a tremendous inefficiency in the existing systems, lack of flexibility in different applications with a single system, how the engineers, production techniques, architectural features, structural demand compromises certain high importance properties of walls and floors such as energy efficiency and cost driven non-recyclable materials without better solution for reduction in construction time frame and the path for zero net energy building (ZNEB).  After several years of critical innovative thinking, specialized design of hundreds of new construction projects in mid-west and with several iterative processes of different combinations based on cost-effective material, availability of manufacturers in all states to meet the demand to supply ratio, he came up with the best solution to ensure long-term functionality, reducing the need for repairs and promoting sustainability. The system is lightweight, high thermally efficient, recyclable, non-combustible and high-strength composite wall and floor system. 

His five years of experience as an Engineering Researcher at WVU involves analysis, design, manufacturing, testing, field implementation, maintenance, inspection and rehabilitation works. Such experience gained through intensive high-quality research defined by deep involvement in advanced structural design works, independent analysis and critical thinking fostered advanced engineering technical proficiency, business development and professional networking skills in the early stages to him. His contribution of engineering skills towards 160+ new building constructions, business strategy and development understanding, working closely with highly experienced industry experts has allowed him to develop the highly efficient and cost-effective practical system. Demonstrated track record on strong structural problem solving and analytical skills, conducting feasibility studies, recognizing potential project problems to provide practical efficient and cost-effective solutions, successful workflow management, cross-discipline coordination, clear client communication and complete projects within established budget and deadlines. VREcast follows leading standards, guidelines from IBC and ASCE 7, and in compliance with AISC (including Seismic), AISI, ACI and the methodologies including PCI.

His profile represents an entrepreneur, business analyst, engineering and business operations leader with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation and financial management. He utilizes data-driven decision making to proactively identify the root cause of the risk and implement solutions that improve efficiency by more than 15%. He can recognize potential project slippage early to implement re-allocation strategy to retain projects that save enormous cost and deadlines to clients. He can recognize certain dependency risks and develop alternative solutions to improve project delays and workflow efficiency to control the project better by significantly reducing the probability of errors. He loves to maintain and foster relationships with established and new clients by clearly communicating the key items that streamline project intake process and to align with project milestones and deliverable as per client requirements. He utilizes cost-saving strategies to re-invest in project enhancements.
